Reiki Level 1
Establish a permanent, life long, connection to Reiki energy that you can use on yourself, friends and family, pets and plants! A great tool for positive change that you can use in every area of your life. Over time you will develop a deep sense of peace and you will experience new levels of relaxation!
Reiki Level 1 is taught over one weekend.
Course costs: £150.00 which includes a course manual. A certificate will issued when the self-treatments have been completed. Refreshments including herbal teas, tea and coffee are provided. Please make provisions for your lunch, and bring warm clothes!
Prerequisites
It is important that you have received a Reiki healing with me prior to embarking on the course; this is to make sure that you are ready for Level 1.
Contents of Course
- What Reiki is, what Reiki does and about healing in general.
- The history and origins of Reiki and the tenets of Reiki
- How to do self-treatments
- How to do healing for other people
- Other practical and creative uses of Reiki
- You will receive a series of what are known as attunements that will enable you to flow Reiki energy. There are four attunements for Level 1.
- Level 1 course manual is included.

Empower yourself through learning Reiki!
Reiki Level 2
This builds on Level 1; it enables you to flow more Reiki energy, and you will learn sacred symbols, which help to focus and direct the Reiki for deep and profound healing.
You will be able to send Reiki to the past to heal old wounds, to the future to empower a situation (such as a job interview), and to do distant healing on friends and family.
On completion of your homework and case studies, you will be able to work professionally as a Level 2 practitioner, if you so wish.
Reiki Level 2 is taught over two consecutive Saturdays.
Course costs: £250.00 which includes a course manual. A certificate will be issued on completion of self-treatments and case studies.
Refreshments including herbal teas, tea and coffee are provided.
Please make provisions for your lunch, and bring warm clothes!
Prerequisites
A Level 1 certificate, dated at least 3 months prior to commencing Level 2, and is subject to approval. Six months to a year between Level 1 and 2 is usually recommended so that you can fully adjust to, and integrate, the Reiki energy.
